Artbeats was sold some footage under specific terms and conditions. It is my contention that they violated those terms, and it turns out, did so for years. I asked them to pay me - make a fair offer of settlement. They refuse. I wonder if this has happened to others? Please tell me if it has happened to you. That's why this blog is here - to determine the merits of pursuing a class action litigation against Artbeats Software.

Artbeats Agreement Limiting Terms
This image shows the exact language limiting Artbeats to CD-ROM product distribution only. Despite this written condition, they sold the footage via download for years but refuse to pay for the additional rights and income they earned.
